frozen chicken breasts (~1.25 lb)

chicken stock (no salt added)

half and half or milk/non-dairy milk

Instructions
Slice the frozen chicken breasts in half and arrange in the bottom of the instant pot.
Add all seasonings.
Add elbow pasta, onion, and garlic.
Add chicken stock. Ensure everything is covered in liquid. (Add more water if not.)
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes (reduce time to 7-8 min if chicken breasts already thawed).
Quick release when finished.
Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.
Stir in milk and cheese.
Split into 4 meal prep containers.
